BPM PRINT is a division of BPM COMMUNICATIONS.

Terms of Sale

Full payment including all shipping charges is required to start any order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are issued once your order has been verified and sent to press. Any order placed for full color printing cannot be divided into sets. The same content will be printed on the quantity ordered.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders which have been sent to press, or if the artwork has been started. We maintain the right to decide the issuing of refunds. In the case of a refund on an order that work has not started, a $25 USD processing fee will be charged.

File Requirements

See the respective pages (Business Cards, Postcards, Envelopes, Letterheads) for our printing requirements. Only CMYK graphics are accepted. All fonts must be either rasterized or converted to outlines. A minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required. We cannot process orders that do not meet the minimum requirements. If additional artwork is required to meet printing specifications, clients may incur additional charges based on our hourly design rate. See our Prices section.

Printing and Shipping Delays

All orders are printed on Tuesdays and ready for shipping on the following Monday (6 Days). The cut-off time to submit your artwork is Tuesday at 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time). Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be sent for printing the following week.

Shipping usually takes approximately 5 to 7 days for delivery. Express shipping will become available very soon. BPM PRINT.COM assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Once a job has been sent to press, no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics, or turnaround time. If the order has not yet gone to press, the sole remedy available is to cancel the order, pay the $25 USD cancellation fee and place a new order.

Shipments to the continental United States, and any other country, may incur extra duty charges once the shipment passes customs. Upon placing your order, you certify that you will accept any duty or brokerage charges placed on your order by border customs or the courrier company.

Complaints

All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error or defect is. In the case of a reprint of an order (due to error), BPM PRINT.COM will make the final decision regarding the reprint. The reprint will be submitted on the next available printing run.

Proofs

You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully. BPM PRINT.COM is not responsible for typographic or design errors once you have approved the artwork. Your approval will be sent as an email stating that the artwork is approved.

BPM PRINT.COM will reproduce color from digital layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process. Scanning of any submitted artwork may incur extra costs to the client. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
Artwork (including free and paid designs)

Any artwork used in the production of your business card remains the property of BPM PRINT.COM Inc. The artwork includes backgrounds, stock photography, pictures, fonts and final layered digital files, such as native Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop final files.

Our FREE DESIGN SERVICES includes up to a limited amount of revisions or modifications. See our design page for more details. All additional changes will be charged by the hour. Please see our ORDER PAGE for our hourly design rate.

Upon request, we can supply you with a final, flattened version of your design in JPEG, TIFF or EPS format, at no extra charge. Final working files (layered Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark XPress documents) can be supplied upon request, however extra fees will apply.

Sales Tax

All Canadian orders are subject to 7% GST. Orders from Quebec will also have to pay 7.5% PST.

Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, BPM PRINT.COM, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.

By placing an order or uploading artwork, the client certifies that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
